A Summer Place offers almost 1200 sq ft of living space (up and down) which includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a stunning outdoor shower. All together, a total of 6 beds and sleeps 4 guests. The home also includes an additional 300 sq ft with its outdoor screened porch dining area. There is an additional space in the unfinished basement area where laundry (washer & dryer) and additional refrigerator is needed.

The dock is accessible for guest to enjoy and relax on. But, the boat is private. Guests are not allowed to board/use the boat.
